Most of them are paid to be listed and dex is the exchange site which doesn't require a lot of fees to be listed.
But if OP has created an ico it looks so weird to see him wanna search the exchange site with zero fees for listing. But if they have started without doin any ico and it seems a good thing for me personally just like PKG.
It's why I suggested that if he wants to be listed for free, he needs do his own research.

And usually projects like this that doesn't have any budget for the listing needs to have a strong community, development and team. They can even be listed for free with some popular exchange such as binance like they did few weeks ago. OP is just asking for some free listing and probably doesn't really have any knowledge about it.

There are exchanges that doesn't really require a fee just to get listed, as long as you'll provide that you have a good volume and community that can support that coin.

You can also be listed by voting in some exchanges.
Yes like this one.

You need to do research and it takes time to see what exchange are good for listing coins for free, you just need to provide some requirements and follow their step by step procedure.

For list of exchanges that you can conduct research.

In my opinion, it is not possible to get listed on any good exchange with fees. However, if you want you can follow the number of voting systems to be listed in some exchanges.

A lot of exchanges are usually offering free listings for community competitions. The bigger is the community, the easier the project will get the free listing. Moreover, Kucoin has launched their telegram vote competition, where you were able to get a free listing.

Some exchanges list virtually any token that fills out an application as long as you’re willing to pay the price, but did you know that if you can meet certain criteria, exchanges like Bittrex will list your token for free? The total member of Telegram/Facebook/Twitter doesn't mean anything, important is telegram active member is (?) of 30K, some decentralized exchange is free for listing, at least is a good start for a project

In this way, you can find some fair communication. They usually use the voting system to go public. Only the coins you issue can be listed with the support of many people. This is a very good model and many exchanges are in use. But some very good communication you want must be very good for your project, or you are willing to use money to solve the problem.

I see you have a strong community, 30k members on telegram ,  15k members on Twitter , 20k members on REDDIT. You can also be listed by voting in some exchanges. It is better for you to investigate such exchanges if you do not want to give money.

not on yobit, there is also a feature to enter coins with free, but dear if the price drops to 50% if you can hold the price to stabilize, I'm sure it will get high volume, just have to be prepared with a large amount of money to back up so that prices don't go down too in

check BarterDEX as well https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/BarterDEX - no listing fees

Your social networks stats don't matter, but ok... I would start to look around the small/very small exchanges and the decentralized exchanges (the small one) to find any free of charge (which you may be lucky to find any valuable) Or your project has to be an "exceptional" cryptocurrency so good that the site decides to add it for free.

exceptional projects getting turn arounds as well since even good source code can not protect from bad actors. and fees are some kind of protection i guess. makes sense - almost every coin right now is a trash without even a source or with just 5 commits) majority of cex just charging listing fee and adding everything that would pay tho

This exchange claims that they offer free listing of ERC-20 tokens so you might want to check that out.

Good morning,
We just make very good project but we decide to give away free tokens for our community . Therefore , we don't have any money for listing our token on the exchanges which always ask for few BTCs to list your token.
That is why ! We are looking for free listing exchanges .
I and my team would be very appreciate if you can tell us the good exchanges can list tokens without fees .
And we have 30k members on telegram ,  15k members on Twitter , 20k members on REDDIT.
Thank you so much .

I don't exactly know if your "coin" is a token, but if it is, you could use a decentralized exchange such as IDEX/(The successor of EtherDelta.)

See; https://medium.com/aurora-dao/idex-token-listing-guidelines-eae00785fdd2

Or maybe Forkdelta? Not sure how active this exchange still is. https://www.reddit.com/r/ForkDelta/comments/7tntnz/how_to_get_an_erc20_token_listed_on_forkdelta/

I think free exchange not a good idea... Price of the listing fee is trying to protect people from the scams...
Many many tokens were scam, and I think people doesnt believe in tokens anymore...
If your team and your community are serious, and want to be more bigger and bigger to get more profit, create a campaign to gather the amount of the listing like crowdfunding, and your community will get token/coin and they could change it in the future...
Crypto-Bridge only 1-2 BTC...
