Hey,

I know this is a little bit off topic, but I don't know where to ask. I am running also video websites with no own content (everything is embedded from other websites) for a couple years now. I was using for years Amerinoc just a classic shared hosting, but then I wanted to make a website bigger with more content so I purchased Cloud Hosting from Hostgator, It was okay more or less but every time when I had any kind of problem their support it completely useless, so once my prepaid period ended I switched to TMD Hosting and I purchased exactly the same package as from HostGator. Everything was okay till last month (I paid for 12 months, since the end of December 2016).

They decided to a switch me to a different server, but they kind of forget to notice me about this in advance at least a few days and at least more than once because that change included DNS an IP update (I was using CloudFlare) I got just a one email (It end up in my spam box, so I did not notice) saying they are going to do server switch in a few hours and a few hours later they killed the old server, so my website was down for 14 days before I noticed. I had around 4-5K visitors daily, but thanks to this it dropped to 600.
They never apologized they only lied and were saying that there was a plenty of time before and after the switch.

A few days after that I was suspended, this time I noticed after several hours. After contacting them and asking wtf is going on, they said it was a glitch on their side and not a big deal. Again, no apology.
3 days after that they suspend me again, but this time I got at least email about it, saying that I over used resources. After wasted lots of hours, they wrote me there was a spike and one day I used 12 times more resources than normally. I thought they will do something about it, because a glitch is kind of out of my hand. Instead of this they wanted from me 864 dollars to upgrade to VPS or cancel hosting.

I told them I am not crazy to pay them 864 dollars and if they will unsuspend me, I remove 2 of 3 websites from their server and it should solve the issue with over usage. They gave me 48 hours to solve this out. I removed 2 websites from their server and asked them if Its okay to keep there only one website or should I cancel it and they will give me money back for the unused period.

I was waiting for the answer 4 days, after 4 days they wrote me they are going to cancel my hosting plan and they did it immediately.
I said okay, so give me my money back for the reaming 6 months and sayonara, but they wrote me they won't give me anything because their money back guarantee is only 60 days Cheesy
