Most of the people I know who used the cloud mining sites you've mentioned have created a video review on those sites and they uploaded them to YouTube. They put their promotional code and affiliate link in their video's description, so if someone comments that they want to sign up or join the site, they just refer them to it.
Thanks everyone for the tips. been using social media to promote these links, not quite successful in getting referrals. But will still keep going on

Most of the people I know who used the cloud mining sites you've mentioned have created a video review on those sites and they uploaded them to YouTube. They put their promotional code and affiliate link in their video's description, so if someone comments that they want to sign up or join the site, they just refer them to it.
