It's all yours. I already had it rendered so I just decided to post it. It's still a bit grainy but if I'm not getting paid for it I'm not going to invest another 8-9 hours rendering it until it's done...
If anyone likes it or wants something different let me know =)

This is NOT a finished render. Just posting to show you what I can do. I can give you a fully rendered high res image for 2 BTC. Message me if you like it.
EDIT: Just realized the bitcoin on the book was upside down =X I'll fix that... Also uploaded a better render. Again, this is just a test image. I'm willing to move anything around or add or remove things for no additional charge.

with a guarantee of payment I can only spend a short time on it, so I'll let you have it for 1.5 BTC - if you want revisions(change fonts, colors etc.) add .5BTC to that number.
