Click on profile tab on your screen then you have to click on the following option which you can see in the pic highlighted:
Tab --> Show the last posts of this person

Once you do that then you have to copy the link of that page which will open after clicking the show the last post of this person. The link will be something like this:

But that's not it, you still have to cut some characters from it which are the characters come just after the numbers. From example the numbers in your profile are 3564126. Six is the last digit you have to remove onward characters. Now the final profile link is following:

To make it easy for yourself, go to one of your posts, you do see a link (of your name) at the left hand side, click on your name link and that is your profile link.

This is my own for example:

I can see my name in blue at the left hand side of every of my post. I can click on it to get my profile link.

This is it after I clicked on my username _act_ at the left hand side of any of my posts:

Click your profile and then click the summary under the profile info. Your profile link is the URL up to the UID number(u=xxx). There's a lot of way to get it especially when you are already on your profile. Almost any clickable link there related to your stats will give you a profile link.
