There is an scenario in my life that at some point i did need badly some help and i have come to my relatives and friends but none has the funds i need.

and there was this neighbor that comes to rescue and i did respect him from then till now.

Good deeds can indeed earn us respect, it's a natural thing to happen. Therefore, honor is not always seen from the amount of
wealth we have. But how many good deeds we have done for others. Therefore, since childhood, we usually teach by our parents
to do good things, it means that we can get respect from other people.

This is a very good quote, it means a lot to me. Because sometimes without us realizing money has blinded the eyes of our hearts.
We always think of money as king, and must have money to be respected. Though there are still other things that can make us respected,
and we don't have to have money to be respected. Wisdom is something that everyone should have, because by being a wise person,

I think it is hard to judge someone just by their bank account, but many people do it nonetheless. Money alone won't earn respect, it depends also on how it is earned. Let say someone wins millions in a lottery, then people probably will not really respect him, but rather try to be his friend to get some of his money. The same goes for young people who inherited a lot of family money. The only real respect I would give for people who actually worked hard for their wealth and got it by their own doing, not only luck or being born in the right family.

I guess if you have lots of money but behave weak, people will probably not give you much respect.
This is part of the reasons certain rulers try to look larger than they actually are. If you properly decentralize power they will likely try to behave humble, fearing the subject instead.

To have True Power (the one from our CREATOR) you have to be humble or become servants to those you are leading. Such humble leaders always look powerless/poor and the subjects could take advantage of the humility and start disrespecting the leaders. The humble leaders are encouraged to be patient with the subjects. But, you have to be careful the humble leaders don't get too angry, if they do, the earth could shake in a ways that make the subjects quickly realize the Great Power the humble leaders have.

The best saying in my opinion is to treat others the way you want to be treated yourself. If you don't show respect to others they wing show you respect either. It's no rocket science how to be respected even if you're just a simple person as they say. You don't need to be rich to get the respect that you want. Just like the famous quote about begetting respect, that's all you need to do.

I am not rich either but people in my place respect for what i am and even ask for my opinion in their important decision making.

I earn the respect over the years as i am living here for more than 10 years now and it is not easy to earn such .
