Got it but I have had another idea, I was trying to get an estimate how much do I need to spend to launch an exchange locally. Thank all of you. Locking the thread.

mjglqw and DdmrDdmr already mentioned why its a very bad idea to open an exchange with your current state of knowledge and skills. I just wanted to add another thing:
Imagine you downloaded the code for your exchange somewhere or had someone write it for you for a few bucks. You launch your exchange and its a bummer, hundreds of people store their coins on your exchange and use it to trade. Imagine further, that the code you use may have a backdoor, the writer of this code may use the backdoor anytime, wiping your wallets and leaving you with hundreds of mad customers, you are bankcrupt in no matter of time.

Dealing with other peoples money is nothing you can do for a laugh, you always have to be 100% sure what you are doing and you need excellent staff to do so.

This is not a simple quest, and the question above rises more than reasonable doubt as to whether the idea is anywhere near ripe enough. I doubt that reasonable exchange software is anything different from a custom tailored solution, and not an out of the box or Github instance of some OpenSource project.

We’re talking about people’s investments here, where security, functionality, speed and robustness are paramount. Public scripts use to implement an instance of a p2p exchange software seems to me rather far from being reliable, even if there is any around. Not the best comparison (due to conceptual collision with crypto), but a bank does not really go to Github to create it’s frontend and backend core software.

How can I build it? Is there any reliable public script for exchange?

You might be going a little bit too fast there. If you don't know how to build it, it might be a good idea to probably start learning how to build software in general first. Either that, or hire a group of developers to make it for you.

I'm planning of launching of a p2p exchange on local which will only offer crypto/local currency(fiat) exchange. How can I build it? Is there any reliable public script for exchange?
