When participating in campaign bonuses is to take risks, I agree with you today a lot of people take advantage of the bitcointalk community development to get the reputation of the forum for them to scam. I have lost the time to participate in the campaign, but there are still quality projects, in this environment we need to scrutinize before deciding to invest or participate in the campaign.

Quite frankly, don't even waste your time on bounties and airdrops because mos of them are scams, there may be a few good ones but 99 percent of them are straight scams.

- Bounty in virtual money means you do some work required by projects like writing an article, posting videos, latest signature on bitcointalk ... Then you will get the coin/token from the project depends on what you contribute.

Can you tell me, where to find such offers?

Why are they giving me free coin?

Actually it's not free. Yes you get a token from your bounty but it doesn't mean that you get it for free. Remember that you work for bounty campaigns and the token is the reward for your hardwork.

Important and correct observation. Probably many people don't understand that this is a reward for their work and not a free gift. Many companies also define the distribution of tokens for bounty as gifts that may be distributed or not.

I don't think I've ever done an airdrop or bounty that required more than 5 minutes of work...and the ones that do I completely ignore.
Maybe you're doing signature or twitter or fb camp? It depends on the bounty or airdrop you're doing. My definition of hardwork doesn't mean that you're working for 24hrs, for me its about the effort you exerted. For example you are doing a blog bounty. It will cost you an effort so that you complete the task. Even you've done it for less that 5 minutes, you still made an effort just to complete the task.

Your subject is wrong, this is cryptocurrency not virtual bro. Learn about the definition a bit, Virtual currency is not valid or valid when negotiated between buyer and seller, cryptocurrency is valuable and can be exchanged at any trading platform on which it is listed.

Not really free. Most (almost all) airdrop need you to complete the task they have given to you to be completed and you will received the reward so about your thread that why did they give free coin. I recently find a exchange site that let you earn tokens or eth for free just by redeeming using code created from starting their airdrop or simply called voucher.
