mk8, as already written by DdmrDdmr your e-mail address is not visible to anyone except admins/moderators in some cases (when you report another user posts), or in case that you select an option that your e-mail becomes publicly visible.

When you register on the forum, forum ask you whether to hide or display email publicly. By default, it's hidden. You probably have missed this option while registering. Look at the image below. I have highlighted the option with marker.That's why we can't see your email on your profile now

It is not visible by default. Only you see it when looking at your own profile, but not others.
In any case, go to your profile, then to account related settings, and check that “Hide email address from public?” is ticked.
