Some people are just mad they lost their once in a lifetime opportunity to become rich with bitcoin for just a few hundreds of dollars, and what they want is for another coin, any coin, to have that same growth or at least something close to it, and over the years we have watched many altcoins pumping and dumping, but when you take into account all the altcoins which have existed and that such a pump is very short lived the chances of both being invested in the right coin and at the right time are very low.

You're still lucky you found it how about those who still do not believe that Bitcoin is the future and is here to stay, the most important thing is you keep up you are here now and you are using it and investing in it, there's no use crying on spilled milk you have to move on.



You have to set up criteria and preference on what a good project is and apply it to new and old projects, the danger here in this industry is so many projects live on the hype with no usability to contribute to the community, so learn what is being hyped and what projects contribute to the community.

Everyone pretty much nailed it but there is no way to spot the next revolutionary idea from inception.  There are plenty of ideas that sound good in theory but when made practical does not work for one reason or another.  Bitcoin was one of those once in a lifetime ideas and made practical in real life.  If it were easy we'd all be rich 😀

Simply by doing an indepth research of the services offered by the start up.  Everything can be seen on the whitepaper but having it doesn't mean the projetc can be deliver.  So I is always best to reasearch and dig more information on the capability of the project team.


You can't find them if they do not present themselves. Start up needs developer and team, they will present themselves via their whitepaper and portfolio.  From that we just need to dig deeper to verify the developers' credentials.

I too started on doing PTC's online but I am a bit early on you knowing BTC. I know the struggle of earning money online because the pay rate of PTC's are only small and it was based only on the dollar rate. I am thankful that BTC is invented because it gives us a new way of earning an income online.

Now, I am earning a little better, more if I will HODL the BTC that I received and then the BTC value pumps a lot. I don't know if what is that FANG you are talking about. Was it also a crypto? If it's only a pump and dump coin then it should be popular but no. Don't regret if you haven't obtain any of it or sell it when it peaked. Coins like that are not worth crying for.

If it's a copy of the original Bitcoin then it won't be the next Bitcoin, period!

Many already attempted to make such coin but none of them last and some of them even forked Bitcoin but look at them now? Many would claim the name as next Bitcoin yet it can't perform such as Bitcoin where it's decentralized. And just by being a decentralized coin matter a lot plus if it would bring any better of the current Bitcoin that would give us a fast transaction and lower gas fees some investors might took it but it's not happening. We mostly seen such shit coins almost every week trying to be the next Bitcoin.

Probably the competition are also getting tougher and that’s why many are claiming to be the next Bitcoin since that is the standard of crypto market, Bitcoin is the basis of many and I think it taken seriously its just that false claims can’t be control. Its not easy to spot the next big project, there is no way to do this aside from taking risk and investing early on a project, there is also no assurance about its success.

Anyway, they shouldn't think bitcoin is going to be overcome soon by an altcoin just because they have lost the opportunity of purchasing it in previous years, when the price was more accessible. Instead, they should see the currently scenario as an opportunity to buy bitcoin and hold for the future, as it's still the cryptocurrency with biggest potential allied to positive long term results and safety for the adopter. I fear OP isn't going to find all these benefits in any other investment right now inside this industry. His eyes may shine with the possibility of making huge profit percentage with some risky altcoins, but they won't have bitcoin's history and reputation.

I think the reason why people think that there are other crypto that will become the next Bitcoin is because of Bitcoin. Many people didn't take Bitcoin seriously because it doesn't have real value before until it has a value and those people who didn't take Bitcoin seriously didn't have the chance to earn lots of money. Some people have decent amount of BTC on their wallet but lost the important information needed to recover the wallet when BTC reached a new ATH.

It’ll be hard to find another gem as every projects claims to be good and yet they failed to deliver and just vanished here in the market. You can start looking for a project that is qualified for your standard but then again, looking for the next project that will pump huge enough to make a good profit is not easy. Bitcoin is Bitcoin, no one can replace it on top, probably you are looking for a new altcoin that might enter the top spot out of nowhere.

If you know about Bitcoin in 2018, of course the price of Bitcoin at that time was not cheap. The price of Bitcoin in 2018 is almost the same as today's Bitcoin price, because in 2018 Bitcoin market conditions were bullrun. Most of those who know Bitcoin in 2018 are due to Bitcoin being a trending topic due to a very high price increase. Although the prices are high at that time not all year round. Just a few months.
The way to find revolutionary ideas is to change your mentality. You can find it anywhere you want when you think about the future.

Besides in order to identify it you need to have a great deal of knowledge related to the industry in which you are making your research, in the case of bitcoin it is not really surprising that the people that at first got into it were the people that understood very well what Satoshi was trying to do and could even read the code and help him with his updates, this is why anyone which laments about not being here on the early days is making a mistake by doing so as unless they had that kind of knowledge it was impossible for them to be aware of bitcoin.

It's the opposite these days, people are looking for the earliest stage of the projects for them to have that advantage and capitalize on the situation that they're the pioneers. They've bought at the lowest possible price and when it's about to get launched, the price will start to increase which will result in many dumping it as soon as possible. That's where they're focusing and forgetting the essence of having these projects in existence. The developers are happy with that because they're the first to dump and when they've got enough money on their pockets, they'll just ignore what they've planned for if there's any for the long term.

I would say it's not important to miss the inception stage, as long as you could focus on how you could make some sort of profit with the stage you are given. I am not saying that it would be easy to handle or anything like that, but keep grinding bitcoin and you should be fine. I know it is not easy to do that, and I know people do not like that at all and would rather focus on how they could get rich quick.

However, if you could simply focus on how you could save more and earn more while putting all that into bitcoin for over a decade or two? That will get you wealth you need, you are not late at all, you could build wealth with bitcoin, just hold.

Not sure about it because it's very hard to strike and saw what will something be in the future, (we don't have the crystal ball).

I guess some of us have this luck on our side, those who invest bitcoin early and see it's true potential. I guess it we have that and a vision that maybe some projects can be disruptive like Bitcoin or any other like the FANGS, then take your chances. And if you ever invest early then give at least 2 years or more to see the this project move in a positive direction or not.

It's going to take a lot of work to identify the next trend, and you can only take advantage of it once it's exciting in a way that you would still be able to profit. So getting in early is going to be the hard part because you need to understand how you would be able to determine it. It's like if you believe it or you won't, you will only know the answer once you are there.

Exactly. No one expected Bitcoin will become what it states right now. For me, this is given, no one knows before what will be the future of Bitcoin and even now, we are all just speculating.
Another thing for OP is, even if I will say to you that there will no next Bitcoin anymore, you may not believe it.
But for me, there are more lot of chances that a lot of the next FANGs or other cryptocurrency projects will have a good ROI in the future.

Even in the year when you first know about Bitcoin there is still a lot of news or people who think Bitcoin is a scam, Bitcoin is a ponzi scheme, Bitcoin is MLM, Bitcoin is a bubble and so on, and of the many people who know Bitcoin from the very beginning, it is very likely that only a few percent can see this great opportunity from Bitcoin and start to invest and hold for long term. So every a valuable investment will only look valuable after going through a lot of things and a long time, you don't need to feel too late because whenever is the right time to start investing in Bitcoin by understanding all the risks and benefits.

Many people have made the same mistake like that by not aware with potential that owned by the new coin like bitcoin when it was getting introduced by satoshi nakamoto but the problem is you will never find another bitcoin again. I don't even know what FANG is but that sounds like another garbage token for me. These days people are looking for profit an mostly of them were gambling their money into the new tokens.
i don't even think that you shall aware about people didn't identifying the revolutonary idea that introduced by a project but people were purely gambling on it.
There's no better reason to explain other than seeing those people were gambling their money. They were investing as anticipation once the altcoins will be going up like bitcoin

Bitcoin is still considered on its early stage and that's why most of the new projects that you may see right now, they're unlikely to become successful.

So, that means that if you're wanting to have bitcoin and looking it on other projects that are early stage. It's okay if that's what you feel about them. But just as bitcoin during its early days, many have thought that it won't be something big.

As you may guess it is not easy to identify what the next big thing is going to be, Marc Cuban, a famous investor due to the show in which he appears investing in all kind of projects had the opportunity to invest in Uber at an early stage and he refused, a decision that he regrets, and you can find similar stories in all fields, Queen the famous and iconic music band was rejected by all record labels, the same is true for Metallica, then identifying the next big thing has always be a challenge.

Main error is that people are looking for it to be something similar. Eth wasn't another bitcoin even if it's considered a cryptocurrency. Facebook didn't try to next next anything, Mark Zuckerberg just build facebook because there was demand for it. Don't try to look for next anything, you'll be looking from a wrong place. Innovators create something completely new, not +1 or second something. That's how you recognize potential new breaktroughs.

The inception of bitcoin is on a cryptography mailing list, a low-noise platform, where only ultra-specific niche people gather around. You have to do a very deep research, be very imaginative and have insider information about the future of the project.

We hear about new stores every day.  Yet none of us ever thinks the small new lollipop store that just opened up will become the largest candy store in the world.  When Bitcoin was small and unknown, nobody wanted it.  Nobody thought it really can not be stopped and eventually becomes really scarce and demanded.

Electric cars also existed a very long time ago.  They were just not demanded enough to start creating Tesla's and other Electric Vehicles.

Nobody knew electric cars will be demanded at some point.  Otherwise every body bought EV stocks long before they became demanded.  But they are now demanded more than ever because of global warming.  Everyone heard about global warming but nobody thought it would eventually cause a huge demand for solar panels and EV's.  Because everyone had other priorities at the time.  They did not think of what will be successful when global warming becomes a global priority.

Netflix tried to solve an issue.  So did Amazon.  So did Facebook and Twitter.  They are solutions their founders found to problems of the future.  The comfort of staying at home and watching movies instead of going to the cinema.  The comfort of sitting in bed and Amazon delivery truck driver calling you to let you know your parcel has been left at the door.  Et cetera.

So be imaginary.  Envision the future and see what solutions you can find to the problems we are about to endure that are still not demanded yet.  To me, a big issue of the future will be Privacy.  So I truly believe there will be a huge demand for Privacy solutions in the future.  They are not demanded today.  They are blamed and disregarded.  But this is my vision.  It does not mean I am right.  Maybe this will not come true.  It is never a guarantee.  But maybe you can envision the future more accurately than I can.  So give it a try and see.

If it was easy, then everyone would've invested early then they'd be high valuation very early on. What makes then such phenomenal investments is the fact that they're very hard to find; because all of them are kinda crap at very early stages.

Many of us didn't take Bitcoin seriously at the time of its inception. But the fact that you once did not grab fortune by the tail does not mean that another one will be created for you. At least until there was nothing like it, many projects are created, and even more are ruined or turn out to be frauds, so don't be dumb a second time. Learn about bitcoin and hope to get lucky with it. It may be worth hoping that someday you will meet a truck with gifts, but today you don’t need to sit around waiting for a miracle. Learning is useful at any age.

paypal, venmo, crypto
many were betting on paypal

the next industry i feel is the household utilities
energy, water, transport
tesla is trying to take on 2 of the 3 industries so far but i bet tesla has plans for the desalination/water utility soon too... but will tesla survive against its competitors.. who knows

I was first heard of bitcoin in 2018 when I was earning some small money from PTC sites and I seen a option of withdraw through bitcoin and i thought what is this bitcoin and not studied about bitcoin I  thought it is also a payment system of other country I missed it at that time when btc was so cheap , I today regret it not researching abut it ,
my question is i missed bitcoin and many people missed FANG and more big earning opportunities.
how anyone can identify it is a revolutionary idea at it's initial stage .
today also some people with big unique idea trying to make a revolutionary product at any corner of world how we can find these peoples
