Your rank wont allow you to post any picture, as you can see am a junior memeber and i still cant upload an avater yet , you have to be a member to be able to upload a picture, so i think the best thing to do is just continue increasing your activities, you will definitely get there eventually, or you could buy an account, though i wont advice this , as its so very easy to always to either hack or reclaim an account you bought. so ill suggest you stick with yours, i was a neebie not to long ago but with patience am here now and i aim to go higher

you are not eligible to put avatar. Because you are in newbie in this forum if you want to add avatar. Minimum qualification is full member. After completing you should go to forum profile information and insert your avatar. So you should try increase your activity as soon as possible.

Normally upon reaching the "Jr. Member" rank (next rank to yours) but there's a way to get rid of this limitation and that's by purchasing "Copper Membership".thanks. i was wondering about avatar but the additional info is helpful
