I'm not a developer as well but I think I found the developer of the exchange which is OneRoot. Maybe you can ask them directly on their channe and websitel:

Disappointing to see another exchange misusing "Decentralized Exchange". Clearly it gives users the illusion that it's a DEX since it can be accessed using web wallets like metamask which allows you to control your funds but it's still hosted no a centralized server.

Hi guys,

Bithumb DEX has been down for a while, and there seems to be no progress with the announced new/improved version. I still have some funds on it since the withdrawals didn't work the days prior to the service cancellation, but from my understanding it should be no problem to interact (i.e. withdraw my funds) from the underlying smart contract without using their website.

However I am no programmer and thus not sure how to withdraw ETH and ERC20 tokens from the smart contract to my wallet. I'm using MetaMask in case this matters. The DEX smart contract can be found here:
https://etherscan.io/address/0xc7c9b856d33651cc2bcd9e0099efa85f59f78302#code

Can someone help me out with this issue? I'd really appreciate your help.
