I'm a newbie here, I want to know how to keep my Bitcoins safe from scammer, hacker and thieves? We all don't want our efforts and Bitcoins to be wasted. I hope I will get a clear answer that a newbie will understand.

I do not know why you newbie does not surf about it in Google or other section in the forum. First time not relevant to this section dude. If you keep your private key and wallet.dat file safely your bitcoin will not be able to taken by any hackers. For your information all the online wallet provider will be able to know your private key since their copyright and regulations they most of online wallet providers won't hack it at all.
