You can use the very nice and powerful Ledger-cli but it is console based so no graphics.

Also GnuCash is very usable with nice reports but in order to add custom currencies you may need to alter two basic files before compile : )

Infinity PFM promise interesting features but is not usable at all as is very early beta and not seems actively developed.

I do not recommend cloud based services to track own finances ; )

You could get something like that using exchange APIS and an excell spreadsheet (or just using the api with more complicated programming).

For example, this page I made shows all prices in an exchange http://goo.gl/x6WOyQ. Copy-Pasting this info in a spreadsheet in which you hold account of the alts you are holding, you could easily find out their value using some formulas.

Well exchange show you the value of the coins ,mostly converted into bitcoins, but they dont show you the gain or lost ,only shows bitcoin and total dollar value .Poloniex shows those way the others i dont know but well you can easy make some document and see the volatility of any coin.

Yes, this is true. You can see complete value of all of your coins in many exchanges, poloniex included but even though this is handy, I don't advise you to keep any amount of coins on the exchanges. This is way to risky. Take care of your coins by yourself!

There are some sites providing what you are looking for but unfortunately only for bitcoin as far as I know.

There are some multi-coin wallets which might help, not exactly what you may be looking for as it would mean that you would have to move everything to this wallet in order to monitor it which might not be ideal. I also doubt whether it will provide you graphs and such but may help by showing your total balances on each one. The best multi-coin wallet I know of is Coinomi which supports over 20 different coins last time I looked.

Im mostly on Bitcoin of course, but I hold like 5 different other cryptos. Im wonder if there is something where I can store how much coins do I have and keep track of them with a nice graphic that shows me the total gains/loses over time in dollars and BTC.
