Well, I don't know how to find it either but with those descriptions that you've said and that means that I am lactose tolerant.

To be honest, I like sweets but I started to witness myself and are gaining weight again. The culprit, no doubt and that's the sweets and sugars that I eat.

Even carbonated drinks, I have to go back to my healthy living and diet. I see that your thread is a good reminder to me.

What’s really funny is that in asian culture, food is so diverse that no one really can tell if they are lactose intolerant or not. Personally I had a hard time figuring out if I actually was lactose intolerant even until now I am still not sure.

For people like me who want to know maybe you can do a test: eat or consume any dairy products and then wait for maybe an hour up to three hours or so and see if you end up in the bathroom  Wink

Lactose intolerance is when your body has difficulty in digesting lactose, which is sugar found in milk or dairy products.
These are some common symptoms of lactose intolerance
- Bloating
-Diarrhea
-stomach cramps
If you experience these symptoms after having milk or dairy product, it might be a sign of lactose intolerance.
There are non-dairy alternatives if you are lactose intolerance like almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk or oat milk as substitute for dairy products
