Thanks for posting a useful query for once!

Perhaps make sure, you use a very strong encryption password including characters like &*^@$#*&¶•∞§¶£˙©.

But make sure to make a physical note of it so you dont forget it!

Also, in the bottom right corner you should see a little padlock.  When you hover over it, a message "wallet is encrypted...etc" appears.

You click on settings and if first choice (encrypt wallet) is grayed out then wallet has password otherwise it doesn't have password.
