hilariousandco seems to have the best answer.

I clicked on the title, and I see that the url changed.


I haven't tried to link with a url like that as yet, but I will try that shortly.

right-click on it and choose copy link location. simples

There isn't any special way, just copy the URL of the post you want to share, and paste it where you want to put the link.
