Can pay attention to two parts
1. Bounty (Altcoins) Https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0
2. Announcement (Altcoins) Https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0
But you have to pay attention, many of them are worthless, you need to choose.
If you have enough experience, you can choose to participate in some valuable projects.

Additionally, it is so hard to find good bounties in Bounties section, lots of them are scam and has the potential to waste your time in posting.
I have found useful website that might be useful for you when finding good ICO's bounty.

ICODrops

Since no one gave the link here you go --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

All the time I do always try to get sections for bounty campaigns but I don't always get, rather I do get the links late when most of the bounty campaigns would have ended. Please help.
The don't join bounties and start to learn how to trade, you are even going there at the end.

Go to the bounty section if you want to locate bounties. But if you would like to start doing some campaign like social media campaign in facebook or twitter, I would suggest you to search the link of bountyhive.io. It is very easy to use and it is well organize. It is good for beginners because the instructions are all the same. You can try participating in there while you are still exploring in bounties.

Click the notify button below your screen so you'll get alerted by email if there are new bounty threads. But be sure you're on the right board first before clicking the notify button. Hope this helps

It is a good idea to start with googling - most companies that perform ICOs have a link to their bitcointalk thread somewhere.
If you are able to locate a telegram channel - then you will most probably find a forum thread.
They are also identified with a [BOUNTY] prefix

Most of [ANN] (announcement) threads also have a link to a bounty thread
