Hi there,
How can i send btc to others with out fees or lower fee. Any suggestions?? i tried to send 30$ but there fee was too high 24$

Every transaction requires a mining fee to incentivize miners to accept it into a block. Coinbase is passing on the network mining fee to you. There is no way to "lower" the fee since it's based on Coinbase's fee estimation algorithm. They control the BTC you have in custody there, and they control how transactions are broadcast to the network.

There are two solutions. Coinbase has a partner exchange called GDAX. You can click through to GDAX from the Coinbase home page (it's listed under "Products"). You can transfer your BTC from Coinbase to GDAX for free. GDAX does not charge a network fee for withdrawals, so you can send BTC for free. However, you will probably need to increase your verification level (ID/selfie/SSN) to use GDAX.

The other solution is to keep your BTC in a wallet that you control, like Electrum. You can manually set the fees you are willing to pay.

ok that's helpfull. thanks
