Probably you just might get Trezor hard wallet for Myetherwallet to be notified about all of the transactions were happening, but it was hacked, so decide for your own.
Hello i need a wallet for an erc20 token that shows the balance right away an will be able send/receive tokens.
I know myetherwallet or metamask does that but i need an easier one that shows just the token balace right away. So i need to create a custom wallet. Is there any open source project for that?

You can try Imtoken. That's what I am using right now, it is very easy because you just need to import your private keys once and you just have to click the app to see your balance and you can also import multiple accts. You can also import wallet from mew. And it is trusted by many.
