Wow that is huge - How do you pull people to your site for 130 Satoshi every 6 hours?

Freebitco.in gives +/- 500 Satoshi per hour {So their traffic must be 5 000 000 views per month}

Very impressive. What on your site are pulling in that traffic or did I miss something?

freebitco.in gets 120000 views per/day.

And there is no secret, its about getting listed in the right place on other sites

better placed adsense ads will allow your to quadruple that income easily. There is no better ad program than google

Ok im shit at that, where would you place them ?

OR should I just go for a standard theme in stead of my custom one ?

And thanks everyone for their input its appreciated !

1) Upgrade to a bootstrap template
2) Better advertisement placements
3a) You are running a faucet, so the traffic quality wont be that great, however you can use an exit advertisement to get a boost.
3b) Once the user completes their faucet, they can get a popup to a new faucet or an option to load the next faucet Tongue

Overall, just be cafeful not to run into incentive / fraudish areas.

If I wanted to put a little advert up for my web development services what would that cost?

Please see this post ( My sales thread) https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/500k-views-permth-advertising-space-on-going-thread-697240

As for the other questions, yes they are bitcoin related hits, as I can trace the aquisition of where they come from.

I have primedice as a main link which has improved my commision ratio.

But I'm sure I must be missing a trick somewhere but I be damned if I can figure it out.

To be honest the people that visit faucets have no BTC so I'm not going to get it from them other than their adsense clicks etc.

I guess I need to get them doing something for me, that pays us both, the stellar deal was great I was paying them 0.02 for 0.04 worth of stellar and they all went mad for it.

But things like that dont happen all the time.

Cheers
Mark

you can promote some good bitcoin related gambling sites
they offer good commission and popular now days

choose a best offer according to your visitors and your site  and promote them through your site
you can earn big commission with that much traffic

Maybe an open door, but have you analyzed your traffic? Do you know where your visitors are coming from? Is it all organic? Really? Really! And who they are…why do they visit your site?
 Roll Eyes

E.g.: I once had a viral post on a non-Bitcoin related blog and all visitors seemed to enjoy the post, stumbled it –which attracted even more visitors-,..and left the site: 300K uniques that month. A.k.a. those visitors where not my real target audience...and most of them/they never came back.

Instead of 500K visitors, who get lost on your site and bounce away…you’re better off with 5K visitors who actually come there and find what they’re looking for.

And how much of the above amount is paid out in BTC on the faucet ?

Plus you have server fees etc

Are you really making any money ?

That is a huge traffic. Promote an affiliate program from gambling site like primedice or post an auction on the marketplace.

I have a bitcoin related website the has in excess of half a million views per month.

I currently have adsense, adbit and sell spots on here, but what other ways are there to make extra BTC ?

When the stellar coin arrived I did ok with that, as i posted a message on my site instructing people how to aquire free stellar, and most sold them to me.

But of coarse those deals dont come along that often, so how else can i use my 500.000 views a month work for me ?

Thanks
Mark
