Hot temperament is very bad and can lead to damage and regrets. I used to be a victim of this until i found a way out of it. The best way out of it is to do away from the first thought. Take a deep breath and consider a second thought

Most of us who are normal can feel anger to the person who are not doing good to us. I manage my anger by hiding it because once the you anger you cannot know what you do you can say what you want to say and that's bad words for sure you will said .

Manage anger is quite simple from most users suggestion, from my view it needs continued practice without which it is impossible to achieve the same. From my understanding people with high blood pressure easily gets angry, so it is good to follow diets that keep the blood pressure normal.

Maybe you can vent your anger through boxing sandbags.
No one will get hurt by doing this.

Take deep breaths, take long walks to cool off.  If all else fails, get some professional counseling.

Is there anyone whose experiencing anger disorder?
I have.

How strong are you to manage it?
What are the things that helps you to manage and handle it?
Not so strong but I manage to control it by inhaling and exhaling whenever my anger takes onto another level.

I used to be very angry before and I just have to take drastic action when I discovered that there is a big problem and I always have misunderstand with people.  I was delivered from that spirit when I read this words in the Bible https://biblehub.com/ecclesiastes/7-9.htm

for me take a deep breath and think logically what will happen if I want to vent my anger towards objects or other people. and also don't care even though you are a man, dont be shy to cry because sometimes crying can be the best way if you feel very angry but don't know what to do. maybe my way can help you guys  Smiley
