It depends on the coins that you have. If all of your coins can be stored up in just a single wallet, then maybe you should consider having them there, instead of having to manage different wallets for different coins. You might want to also consider getting differnt wallets, because there are some persons that think that it is a fer way of keeping their funds.
It depend on what are the coins that you are trying to store. It is worth mentioning that hardware wallets are safe and can store a variety of coins. Try google about Ledger and Trezor hardware wallet.

For ERC-20 tokens, i think Metamask is enough. Keep the seed phrase safety. If you have more money you should buy ledger or Trezor because hardware wallet is most efficient wallet in crypto so you should buy this wallet your altcoins are safe. I'm sorry but can you elaborate more? You have different altcoins in one wallet? So what's the problem with that? There are multi coins wallet out there like Jaxx and Coinomi, is that what you are looking for?

There are many different types of wallet such as exchange wallet? hardware wallet? or MyEtherWallet? What kind of wallet you want for your tokens or altcoins?
