They feature other Algorithms, which are profitable by GPU mining, unlike the Scrypt algorithm.
They are on different fields and those coins you do mentioned do have their own respective miners which it can be able to mine them. For DOGE it has Srypt algo which would mainly need respective miner on that one. Cpu mining isnt possible on mining it and would never be profitable even on some coins in the market.
