I think zcash will pump just like all other anon coins whether tech works in the long term or not, you can order some cloud mining hashrate at https://www.genesis-mining.com if you don't want the fuss of setting up mining. Its a 1 year contract with all payments made upfront.
You can use promo code in my sig for 3% off.

All coins now will be worthless when 1.0 is released. Cool

If thats the case better to dont mine since its not worth it to mine. better to go in other altcoin that can be still worth it to mine like ethereum according to other people who already mine.

I am looking forward to mining zcash and I am trying to buy all the AMD cards I can , if anyone is interested in selling.
The guys from zcash-cloud.com and the zeropond guys are doing great work in setting up massive pools . I think the amount of hashing power being aimed at block 1 will be ridiculous. I will be buying from both companies as they are bother very well trusted at this point. I saw the futures market for Zcash is already at 100 USD each , the markets are already being made . zcash ... its a great time to be alive. goodluck everyone.

Can you explain, why do you think that?
This info from devs Zcash,

"Right now we are on a test blockchain, when 1.0 is released the test blockchain will be deleted and will begin a new Network with Genesis block.. There is no pre-mine, pre-mine is not possible because of Trusted Setup."

now testnet, after release 1.0 testnet coins deleted.
And new, real net start :

"
will be deleted and will begin a new Network with Genesis block".

Just open a link.

You won't make a penny since its a testnet and you can't actually sell anything. Just for testing purposes.

the new algo is equihash, interesting, another memory hard algo, i hope will be not as a bad as etheruem for nvidia
Actually AMD card is more efficient in mining Ethereum.

that's why i said "i hope will be not as a bad as etheruem for nvidia"

https://github.com/zcash/zcash

Zcash is unfinished and highly experimental. Use at your own risk.
