I have rigs with various 5700 GPUs, 5750/5770/5670/5570
I mine litecoins using guiminer-scrypt, this is by far the easiest way and is very stable.
I run on win7 32 bit.
The biggest issue i had when i first started was finding the correct/stable version of the AMD drivers, i eventually used amd catalyst 13.1 drivers.
since then ive had no issues have been mining 24/7.

You need really old driver and opencl to start working..
I have some advise: give us more information
What mining software are you using? Oh and how about telling us what exactly isn't working?
Can't connect to your pool? Miner not starting? Slow hashing speed? HW errors?
Did you really expect any of us can help you when you just say "it's not working"?
