i can't open in app because of low resolution of camera.

so you want to pair yung web blockchain.info account to your blockchain.info app wallet and your camera cant read it? AFAIK thats the only option for you to pair your web account to the mobile app. so maybe try to use mycelium instead and import all your private keys to it
