I just bought a new laptop for 0.85 Bitcoins. They used Bitpay. It was simple. Just one confirmation. But it took one hour to confirm it with bitpay. It were more easy then to pay with a creditcard. I also had to remember to pay the fee for the transaction.  Smiley

I purchase from hp.com often I have a special account with them I get about 3 to 6%  off extra.

I have escrowed thousand of dollars worth of gear .

I would be willing to place an order for you.  send me a pm

you only need be a usa address.

Do you have additional about 3 to 6%  off?
I mean for example laptop costs 950$, but now it costs only 650$, could you buy it cheaper?
If you buy it for me your price will be less then 630$ am I right?

you pm'd me it is 650 plus tax .

I can pay 603 plus tax.  7% in NJ

shipping is free if they let me drop ship it to you.

I pm'd a screen shot of my pricing from them.

There are multiple third-party ways of doing this, since HP doesn't accept Bitcoin directly.

You could:
 - Use a Bitcoin debit card, for example Spectrocoin or CryptoPay.
 - Use a Bitcoin payment service like Purse or Shopawl
 - Get someone on Bitcoin talk or someone who accepts Bitcoin to buy it for you, and you pay them bitcoin
 - Sell your Bitcoin for fiat.

You'll probably come out better if you bought it from Amazon off Purse. That way you get a +15% discount on the purchase and escrow is used.

newegg doesnt accept bitcoin

yeah they do...I've made multiple purchases using bitcoin on newegg

Yes as mentioned earlier this is true, why would you say otherwise @lucullus?
thanks!
I have used them as well. I think Tiger Direct and Dell also take bitcoin as well as overstock. Overstock sells HP computers with a discount of 3% if you pay in bitcoin. I don't think you will find a better deal.

Newegg accepts Bitcoins, thats probably the safest way to go.
Thats what I was about to suggest actually. Grin
And they have a ton of HP products so you would not have any troubles finding the right laptop for you there.
Or unless you wanted a customized one then you would have to go to HP's site directly for that then.
As someone said purse.io is good if looking on amazon.

There is gyft.com that you can try to get bitcoin to gift cards..

I would like to buy new laptop for bitcoins, could anybody explain to me how can I pay in bitcoins my purchase from HP official store (store.hp.com)?
Of course I can exchange bitcoins and pay in USD but I would like to pay in bitcoins.

Dell has been mentioned but you could also get discount by buying gift cards over at a site like https://www.zeek.me/ - they accept bitcoin payment i just saw it other day, pretty cool!   In the UK i can get laptop at a place like argos and would get 10% off this way.

check if that specific product available in Amazon. than you can use Purse.io to buy that product through bitcoin.. but if you want to buy from hp shop at any cost than you need to find someone individual who pay for you..

I know that HP does not accept bitcoins, I would like to find TRUSTED service that accept my bitcoins and pay to store.hp.com instead of me.

Here is a trusted member (me) who can accept your bitcoins and pay for your product on HP store.
The fastest way:  you send me the bitcoins and the product (the link) which you want to buy.
I exchange the bitcoins get the money in my bank account and then I buy your product with Paypal or credit card.
Do not trade without Trusted Escrow.

I'm not sure there's a kind of service like that, the closest service I could think of is Bitcoin Debit card.
You can always open a request topic here and hopefully a green trusted member willing to do that for you.
Or PM them nicely, hopefully they'll lend their hand to you Smiley

I don't think they accept Bitcoin as payment method.
If I remember well Dell is accepting payments through Bitcoin for their products, but at store.hp.com there is no reference about payment by Bitcoin.

I'm not sure if HP accept BTC themselves.
There was a website (browser add-on) that would allow you to purchase anything for BTC by giving you a live conversion rate but as far as I recall, they closed down a few months back.
There are a few other options but they depend on your location. If you're based in the US there are a lot of websites that accepet BTC (tigerdirect for example).
Alternatively, you could just ask someone to make a custom order for you and they order the goods for you in USD and you pay them back in BTC...
