I would be very careful doing this and only send to those who you know won't mind. If one or more people report it as unsolicited PM spam you run the risk of a ban so I'd take that into consideration.
So you can get banned for sending an unsolicited PM? That is really shocking. Anyhow, it is pretty easy to send a message to more than one member of this forum, just simply type in the members' usernames, in the Bcc box, and make sure to space the names out with a comma.
Sending unsolicited PMs is considered spamming and will get your bitcointalk account banned.

Mass sending them is a clear ticket to a permanent ban.

I want to PM out a special offer -50% to all my previous customers.
I know I can do it by adding there names in send message: "member", "member2"
but to protect their privacy I don't want each member to receive the full list of other members I've messaged
e.g
How can I send out a BCC PM message to all my pervious customers?

You can use this format:

To:    "wallet4bitcoin"
Bcc:   "Customer 1", "Customer 2", "Customer 3", "Customer 4"

Subject: 50% discount .....

(edit: exactly the same Cloverdale posted lol.. probably I should delete this post)

I don't recommend mass PMing. This could get you banned. Read h&c's reply above.

Place your name to the to: field then put each members name on the bcc.
That's how it usually work not sure if it's the same here.
