Have you tried submitting your articles via this link already https://cointelegraph.com/submit-a-post ? Alternatively, you could shoot an e-mail to [email protected] and inquire about the possibility of working with them. Unless it's a press release you want to publish, then you need to pay 1-2 BTC.
