Your activity reads -0- maybe the forum moderators have stepped up their work and are enforcing the "substantial post" rule, And then maybe your just being kept out of the other boards until you reach Jr member, which for me was activity -14- if I can remember right (somewhat substantial post's).

Did you log 4 hours or did you wait 4 hours while doing something else? There are real reason's behind the rules hope you read through them, the wait is a good time to search around and familiarize yourself with the forum, if you have any questions you might find they have been asked and answered already-use the search bar often- hope you get to your destination soon.
