Wonderful and peaceful you say? These words describes our situation right now, couldn't be better, but we'll never have paradise on the earth...
And yes, your story sounds like science fiction Smiley

bitcoin dominated the world, people don't want to pay taxes to maintain corrupt government people, and the world had become wonderful and peaceful.

Hard to reconcile that statement. If the world is wonderful and peaceful, it's probably because there aren't too many corrupt government people left.

At that point, bitcoin is just like any other payment system. Currently, there are large black markets, and even larger grey markets. They all use cash. Substitute bitcoin.

Kind of a paradox we are implying that the reason it is wonderful and peaceful is because the government has mind controlled everyone to think what it wants and the few divisive sectors are what they are trying to wipe out Smiley

That said hopefully our advanced storage mechanisms and cryptography have advanced to the point that it is difficult to track these type of communications over the network.

Are they not doing all that right now, the only difference being that Bitcoin has not yet "dominated the world"?

You tax land, you tax imports & exports, you tax people coming & going, you tax the cars, and you tax the planes.

Governments will still be able to operate & be able to tax their slaves citizens. Cryptocurrencies may make governments a bit smaller and leaner, but they won't get rid of them.

Bitcoin will allow us a better way to send money around the world for just pennies and allow the storage of wealth in cyberspace. It will allow people an easier way to flee the worst governments.
True they can always tax the business owners then they'll pass the cost to the consumers.
No pay tax? Go to jail, that's their power. Not from the country? Prevent their goods from entering the country.
And businesses can't really hide their identity like consumers do as they have to put a public address when receiving BTC from their customers and then it is easy to track from there.

This is the land of wolves now & you're not a wolf
Ok guys, english is my second language (had to learn it by playing videogames) and i'm drunk so please be patient and don't ban me

Lets imagine a possible future: bitcoin dominated the world, people don't want to pay taxes to maintain corrupt government people, and the world had become wonderful and peaceful.

They ( the government) will start to watch people's internet patterns, looking for bitcoin traffic.

What can we, as community/ bitcoin lovers, do to help them ? what can we do other than encrypt the traffic so they will not know what its flowing through the wires??

Let me first say, that your English is pretty well spoken.   Second of all, there is no way to avoid taxes (unfortunately), especially if you want to be successful and well off.   Any large income, bank account, stock account, (and soon to be BTC wallet) raises eyebrows by the government (because they always need to stick their hands in your pocket) Taxes are the one thing in life that is unfortunately unavoidable.  It is the price you have to pay to live in your "free country."

You make the massive assumption that adoption of Bitcoin will lead to people not paying taxes.

In a scenario where governments wanted to stop people using Bitcoins and other cryptocurrency I expect they would achieve this by instructing banks to ban any conversion of fiat to Bitcoin and vice versa. That would lead to businesses being unable to use Bitcoin also.

The use of Bitcoin can already never be stamped out completely, Internet data can go over things like Tor to preserve anonymity, transactions can go through coinjoin and tumblers to obfuscate the trail. But banning it at the banking level would probably forever restrict Bitcoin activity to the same level as money laundering using cash.

A nation doing this would need to consider if they are being left behind economically compared to other nations that still retained access to cryptocurrency transactions.
