The farther you are away from a radiation source, the less exposed you are to its power. If you want to protect yourself, you should keep at least some small distance between you and the source of the radiation. Even a small increase in space between you and your cell phone or tablet, etc. can make a tremendous difference. That’s because radiation follows the inverse-square law. The laws of physics cannot be beaten!
just wondering a question how do i protect myself from emf and radio waves i see everything as blurry i think that might be the issue with hearing radio waves please note this is not a medical condition. I have ordered myself emf protection but more then that what i have described i will need something as stong as a faraday cage.

Seeing everything as blurry is a medical condition; it's called blindness. You should consult an ophthalmologist for proper diagnosis and treatment, as your self-diagnosis seems to be... not entirely grounded in known medical theories of vision disorders.
How are you so sure that your blurry vision might be caused by radio waves? There is a lot of radio waves along all the planet, specially in the cities, they pass through bodies withouth causing practically any side-effect. I couldn't imagine the level of exposition one person needs to these waves to start feeling problems.
I'm pretty sure your smartphone waves may be more lethal than radio waves!
