Build up a portfolio

or, create some mini projects as part of your own website and showcase your work that way!

The best way to do some work experience is better design one blog by your own, You need mention all your previous design in the blog and show them to your clients. In this way may be you can show experience to them.

You can try showing them your previous work as portfolio and your freelancer account for proof, if you explain them you have been working as a freelancer and show them your work and proof as freelancer account then I think they will understand it.
Tell them you have 2 years experience as a freelancer working from home.

Back end is a little difficult.
If you have the bandwidth you could try streaming on livecoding.tv
Or take on a job with someone who is willing to escrow funds.
Show them your stats for any freelancer sites you have programmed on since you started.

Someone sooner or later will be willing to take the chance on you.
Also if you have any certs that might help to showing you know what you're doing.

As for paper related things, uh not much people can do about that unless they have a copy of certs or something that they can clone.
Do you have any proof of employment for this other company since im assuming they paid you on a regular?

Work contracts you can find them on google, just look up,
Freelance development contract
Web developer sub contracting contract
Contract for freelance developer
Full time contract for Back end developer

I hope this helps you in some way best of luck.

Hi all,

I am web developer who worked as freelancer (boss for myself Smiley ) last 2 years e.g. unofficial.

Now I want go to work in big company (and I fulfill 70% of tech. requirements) BUT they require 2 years of previous job experience.

E.g. they need confirmation from my last job that I worked 2 years as web developer. It is their important requirement  Cry

How this document should looking? I want to do it myself  Roll Eyes For example I can print work contract, that I worked remotely via internet as web dev. in one offshore company for last 2 years and make a fake stamp...

Is it good and serious idea? I have work experience but have not documents which confirm it  Cry

Please help me with providing new ideas, examples of work contracts or links to somebody who can do fake work contract... I need this job!!!  Undecided
