Ideal to rename your wallets properly because in some instances when you need to transfer those wallets into the different device you know what seed phrase you are using and prevent deleting those wallets that has an asset inside, Also sure might people pretending that they will help you with the PM make sure make a background check to them upon visiting their profile, and reputation. Buy a hard wallet wallet soon to make sure your funds are safe.

When you ask question regarding your wallet, be careful and do not respond to people even forum members who will want to offer you help through your private messages and are asking for your seed phrase. The forum is a place to learn and get help when necessary, all forum members cannot be trusted.
In crypto, if you receive DMs that ask for personal and sensitive information, ignore them.

Legit people don't DM you to ask for sensitive information because in crypto, we have "Not your keys, not your coins".
If you tell somebody your keys, you are sharing access to your coins to other people too.

Because they DM first with bad intention, when you are trapped and share your keys, they will quickly import that key and move your coins to their wallets.

Just a suggestion, if you want to make multiple wallets maybe you can rename them according to the purpose. For example, "cold wallet", "hot wallet", "temporary wallet", signature wallet, etc. I make a mistake in the past where I just name them wallet1, wallet2, etc, and then forgot which one is important and which one isn't. It is not a big deal but a little bit annoying.

Obviously, this might affect your privacy a little bit if bad things happen, so just keep it in mind. Might not be the best practice so if anyone has a better way to manage them you should check them out too. CMIIW.

I just did what you have instructed me to do but the default part is still there and I don't know how to delete it.
Open the wallet that you want to delete, on the GUI, at the upper left side, you will see the default _wallet ( which is the old wallet). Click on default_wallet, you will see where you will delete it at the lower left side, beside export backup.

Wow!!! I have finally done it. I really appreciate your teachings and instructions. I really thanks you all for the help render to me this night. I have learned a lot today. Thanks you very much. 💚.

I am using Android phones not laptop. And Probably because I am using phone that is why I couldn't not do that. But is there anyway I can rename it from phone or only laptop or desktop?
You have your seed phrase, import it and rename the wallet. If done, make sure the seed phrase is correct and let it synchronized with the blockchain, making sure your coin balance is correct. If done appropriately, delete the old wallet.

0. Make sure Electrum is closed
1. Find on your hdd the file called default_wallet
2. Rename that file
3. Run Electrum, use the file open dialog (either the Choose button, either File/Open) and open the newly renamed file.

Edit: if the Search doesn't help, you can also look for the wallet file as described in the help:

Where is the Electrum datadir located?
The data directory of Electrum is where wallet files, config settings, logs, blockchain headers, etc are stored.

On Windows:

Show hidden files
Go to \Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Electrum (or %APPDATA%\Electrum)

On Mac:

Open Finder
Go to folder (shift+cmd+G) and type ~/.electrum

On Linux:

Home Folder
Go -> Location and type ~/.electrum

Where is my wallet file located?
The default wallet file is called default_wallet, which is created when you first run the application and is located in the /wallets folder, inside the datadir.

I have finally created or opened an account in Electrum wallet and I was trying to change the Default-Wallet name to my name but I couldn't so I will want the forum Electrum experts to show me how to Re-name it.

Though the creation process was some how difficult for me but I finally got it. I am sorry for disturbing you guys, these are some the things made me to join the forum.

What I learn here is also impacting to the fellows in the area, so everything I learn here both small and big is very much important to me. Thanks for your help. Once again, Sorry for the Disturbance.
