You can also see how far off from the tip your incoming transaction is (according to Electrum's estimates).
Just a small correction:
The number in vMB which electrum shows for unconfirmed transactions is not an estimation. That number tells you the exact position of the unconfirmed transaction in the mempool of the node you are connected to.

Maybe the kraken exchange might have actually said withdrawal successful but the transaction could still be in the mempool without confirmation. Because even if the transaction has gotten just a single confirmation it should be showing on the electrum wallet even if the required 6 confirmation is not yet meet.
Electrum displays both confirmed and unconfirmed transactions in its history and updates the balance accordingly. As soon as the Electrum server you are connected to picks up an incoming transaction to your wallet, you will see a balance update with information that the transaction is still unconfirmed. You can also see how far off from the tip your incoming transaction is (according to Electrum's estimates).

Thanks again. I finally got what was wrong. I unchecked the proxy then has a list of servers pop up. And receive the btc right away Cheesy
You must have ticked the option to use a proxy manually because Electrum doesn't come with that setting ticked by default. The question is, why would you need it?!

Now I see the reason why you are not receiving it is because the connection is red turning on the proxy without a working proxy setup would turn the Electrum connection red.
Next time if you want some help take a screenshot of your issue because it would help us identify the issue easily what's going on in your wallet.

I checked that i don't have multiple connected node. Electrum send my wallet to a single server.
But I noticed my status shows not connected, wondering why I'm online and to refresh the web connection?

What color is that indicator in the bottom right corner of the wallet? If it is green, as in this picture, then look for a different problem. If it is red, your wallet is simply not connected to the Internet.

UPD
I'm a little late with my post Smiley Anyway I'm glad it worked out for you. Good luck...

Yes, I did check blockchain and its confirmed.
I went back electrum disabled auto select, then don't know how to do next step... Where to look for server online?

All servers are available from the list should be online we just need to look for a server that is working for you if you don't know how to select a server manually then check this image below.

https://i.ibb.co/R4mrsqm/image.png

Right-click any server you want then use it as server.

And I'd like to ask if you actually own the address where you sent BTC from Kraken? Check the Electrum addresses tab if the address where you sent BTC is on the addresses tab before you proceed to this suggestion.

Use the blockchain explorer if you were actually receiving BTC from Kraken you can use this https://blockchair.com/ or this https://mempool.space/

Once you confirm that you are receiving and the Electrum doesn't show anything in your transaction history would you mind to check the circle at the bottom right to see if it's green or red?

If it shows red then click the red circle and try to disable auto select server and look for server online manually on the list.

If it's green and you are sure that you own the exact BTC address there might be something blocking the Electrum connection. Changing the device DNS sometimes fixed this issue.

Maybe the kraken exchange might have actually said withdrawal successful but the transaction could still be in the mempool without confirmation. Because even if the transaction has gotten just a single confirmation it should be showing on the electrum wallet even if the required 6 confirmation is not yet meet. So maybe you might have just sent to a wrong address, so conforming the address could be another option.

You could also have to sync your electrum wallet again or probably change server to another one, let it not be you connected to a server that probably isn’t feeding you the complete blockchain information

I withdrew btc from kraken account and the transaction has been successful, but why I still don't receive in my electrum wallet after 3 hours
If you truly sent it to your Electrum wallet without mistake  then its probably sitting on the mepool waiting to be mined,if the fee is not too low although  mempool not congested.
Check the mempool.space, blockchair.com.... block  explorers to check the status of your BTC ,paste the TXid ion the search to view it .

Are you sure that the wallet address you input in withdrawal page of your kraken account and the receiving address on your electrum is similar? 3 hours past, It should be there now after you receive a notification from kraken that your withdrawal is successful since there's no huge backlog in the mempool right now.

If its similar, then the problem might be on your current electrum's server which was mentioned already above.

Did they (Kraken) give you the transaction hash/id?
If they did, then follow BitMaxz's suggestion by copying the hash and looking it up on a block explorer to verify that the transaction has already been broadcast and to retrieve the recipient address . Then check if that address belongs to your wallet.
To do this, open Electrum, then go to the addresses tab. You should see the receiving address from the block explorer on the addresses list on your Electrum.

If the transaction has been confirmed and the address does indeed belong to your wallet but your wallet doesn't reflect the actual balance then, most likely, your wallet  is not synced or you are having a connection issue.

If you truly sent it to your Electrum wallet without mistake  then its probably sitting on the mepool waiting to be mined,if the fee is not too low although  mempool not congested.
Electrum shows unconfirmed transactions on the history tab and updates the balance accordingly by default. So, this can't be the reason why he can't see the transaction on his wallet.
