In searching for ICOs, how do you recognize if they are a ponzi scheme, or a pyramid ? Who is in charge if you fall into one, the people behind the ICO, or the scheme that uses the ICO ? Because I did a quick search and it seems like they are blaming the ICO, I am not sure if this is right, I thought there was a scheme attracting people to the ICO.
So basically, if you are a victim:
-ICO is in charge
-Whatever makes you come to the ICO ( webpage, fake ad )
- You, cuz you are dumb
