This kind of service should not exist as transactions on Bitcoin are irreversible but we have this kind of service because there are newbies who are looking to recover their Bitcoin out of desperation, I once corrected a friend who was looking for service to try to reverse the transaction, some new investors do not really understand how Bitcoin works because their learning comes from newbies also.

Good idea.  A type 1 newbie flag might also be appropriate in this case.  It's such a blatant and lazy scam attempt.  The user latterly did a drive-by; created the account and pasted his pre-written dribble without even formatting the paragraph structure.  He spent less than three minutes on the forum, and hasn't been back.  He likely never will, but a newbie flag would at least prevent some casual searcher from seeing this and thinking it was legit.

It's very probably scam, so i left a negative tag to OP. It's annoying to see scam attempt, but at least it's obvious ones where they don't put much effort into writing. Aside from OP don't know about paragraph, FAQ on their website shows lorem ipsum and doesn't even talk about cryptocurrency recovery.

The company name is closer to MM so they are trying to gain credibility by choosing this name.
The company address is fake, this story cannot be verified, from newbie account, no other user experiences, and most importantly if they could recover the bitcoins after someone scamming you and the transaction reached 1 confirmation they would be rich and would not need to create such services.

I have a hard time reading OP's post because of the format. Checking online, this looks like a spam campaign of one scam company, and they launched just last month, but they claimed to have finished 2348 projects, Everything on this platform is fake, and its likely 100% scam.

Cryptocurrencies are reversible and if you are one of the victims of phishing and fraud it's impossible to retrieve all assets if it's already sent to anyone's address.

Unless we talking about wallet files encrypted with a passphrase this is a wallet that can be recovered and retrievable rather than lost Bitcoin and crypto that was sent to hackers or scammer's wallet addresses.
