At least I can now check out, that my mtgox support desk requests are still open
and waiting for assignment to a support agent...

Well, don't use MtGox again, ever, and never wait over a year (or anywhere close to it, really) to check on the status of stuff you care about.
After the big hack attack on mtgox in 2011 I went not
properly through the account recovery proccess.
Now when I request a new password to my email address
no mail arrives.
My request to their support desk from last week is still not answered
and checking the status of my request is not possible, since
I have no access to my account.
So how should I proceed further?
