The key words are - "import private key Bitcoin".

So, 10 years from now, she will google (google will be around next 10 years, right) "How to import private key Bitcoin".
And first result will shown her a way...

sorry this is unclear. I will give her a paper wallet with bitcoin address and private key. laminated and nice etc. where should she take this paper wallet to access the money? blockchain.info import paper wallet and enter private key or what?

That would work today.  There is no way to know if blockchain.info will still be around in 10 years, but it is pretty much certain that there will be a way to import a private key somewhere to access the coins in 10 years (if bitcoin still exists then).

Give the Private Key in WIF format. It is all she needs. Most wallet software support the incorporation of private keys, which for all practical purposes means to add this money to the wallet.
