A tor hidden service is free and will break through any firewall/nat. Once it has any internet connection it routes the .onion address to itself.

It is great having ports open on arbitrary internet connections.

There are quite a few dynamic DNS services out there, I'm sure someone is still giving free addresses. If not, you could always go register a premium .com domain for $8 a year

I know I've seen this before but I've searched using all different search strings and I can't seem to find it.

Is there a program that will allow me to remotely access my raspberry pi from a Windows machine? (similar to gotomypc)  I know I could use a VNC but I don't have the ability to assign static IP's due to my internet provider.
