I had similar experience on localbitcoins, i suggest you get in contact with the support team in order for them to send an alternative security link to you either through current email address associated with this account.
In most cases where the associated sim/phone no. on account get misplaced, resetting this to another number might require one of these step on calling the support team:
proof of any valid document associated with account.
You will be ask to confirm your true identity with a prepaid or debit card if, a prepaid card was linked to yr coinbase account.
Confirm your identity with the old sim/phone on account (this option is impossible if, you have to access to the old number again)
I believe they might likely ask you to confirm your account through any of these three method listed above before your can modify the security setting's. The process can be annoying sometime but, i suggest you should get in contact with their support team.

Do you have other way to delete it i can still access in my coinbase because i use remember my pc in 30 days..
That's why i can still access in my coinbase.. the problem now if i send bitcoin to other address you should need a sms verification so i decided to delete it but still need sms verification to delete it.. I hope someone can give best solution for this..

Alright I saw that there is an option to enable authy: Authy and Google Authenticator can be enabled in Settings.
Try this, Go to Google playstore and download the Authy or the Google authenticator app then set your 2FA for your coinbase in there, afaik you can use this instead of your mobile number 2fa so you should be able to get a 2fa code from authy and use i to delete the number an connect another mobile. I hope this one does it.
AFAIK you can access your account with an email authorization even without your phone you can access it. If you want to remove the mobile number and replace it wit a new one you can delete it.
Go to https://www.coinbase.com/settings/security_settings and you will gind a delete option in your authorized number in your account.

First off, are you using a third party app like Authy or are you receiving the codes via regular txt messages? If you use a third party app, have a look at the help page here - https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/908092-what-if-i-lose-my-phone-and-can-t-access-my-account-
If you don't use Authy, have you tried verifying a new phone? Maybe you could use the new phone without having to delete your old phone number. If this doesn't work, then I would suggest you just get in touch with their support team and explain your situation, I'm sure this can be easily resolved. Good luck!
