Hi All, thanks for the forum.

I have BAMT working flawlessly on a 4 card rig and have built a second rig of the same configuration.

The thumb drive is 16GB but looks to be only about 500 mb something when BAMT is installed.

How can I make a complete replica in an image file of the same size and burn it to another USB drive of the same size?

I updated the AMD Catalyst files, etc... so it is more than just swapping over the config file.

I tried to copy it to an IMG file, but it copied it way too big - the decompressed litecoinbamt1.2 image file is only 1.82 GB but when I created an IMG from my bootup USB drive, it make it 14+ gigs big and won't fit on another identical USB even though it's the same size. How do I make it so it is only as big as it needs to be? I'm guessing there are boot files, etc... that don't copy over when I format a USB drive and then simply copy the entire BAMT folder over because it never works when trying to boot from it.

Thank you for any help!
