Good initiative, but why only reports specific address? I will consider reporting if you are running one of the existing block explorers where you can easily check if the address is used for scamming after checking a transaction.
Also, the file report doesnt work, a 404 page.

Tracking bitcoin addresses used by ransomware, blackmailers, fraudsters, etc.
There's a good and bad about this tool, the good is people will be made aware of the addresses scammers, and hackers are using but then again they can change the address into a new one, and the trail will go nowhere because scammers know how to hide their transactions they have a lot of means to do that.
the bad side is it can be abused by one guy who hates you and posts your address here and may mark you as a scammer

There have been 14 reports in the last day, 113 reports in the last week, and 2,228 reports in the last month.
Too many reports are coming I don't know if it's automated but if it is then this tool is worthless as people can easily abuse there should be sort of parameters to check if the report is true and qualify to be called a scammer's address.

Why Bitcoin tumbler is included in the terms of abuse? so a good person who want to protect his privacy by using Bitcoin tumbler is considered as a criminal too? I don't think it's correct to say any person who's using Bitcoin tumbler is always for money laundering.

I don't see any reason to create a site to record a scam address, I see a few Bitcoin addresses have been reported, the next question what's the purpose? you can't know the person behind the address and you will not solve anything e.g. return back the coins.

Someone can abuse the site too for posting someone Bitcoin address and report it as a scam address.

Totally agree how did the admin verify a report I don't see a file uploader for the evidence, this tool can be subject to abuse and used to threaten and scam people.
I understand the admin's intention but he needs to further explain how to weed out fake and true reports because I keep looking there's no explanation or parameters to qualify one's address to be a scam.
And scammers are good at hiding their transactions I doubt if this platform will achieve a lot, scammers do not use one address and they know that will be tracked once they have a victim.
They are not only good at scamming they are also good at moving the coins they've scammed.

It seems you're trying to promote your website judging from the registration date of the website, although it's quite impressive that you have already gotten some reports and if it turns out that the reports are real and not made up or fabricated, I'm sure the usage will increase.

It's because they copied the whole thing from https://www.bitcoinabuse.com which has been here for much longer. But I definitely don't think every reports are genuine since such places are a lot more easier to abuse. Quick look and I'm already seeing recovery scammers placing fake reports...
