There are more ways you can do that !
You can just report them with the " Report to Moderator Button " that you find on every post on the right bottom side on the post !
Write in the Report a good description why you reporting the post or thread and why it should be get deleted or the user should be banned.
You can make a post in this thread [CLUB] The SpamBusters! Busting rule-breakers constantly.
Explain what the User is doing and more Users will report the post / thread if needed.
This is the only way you can do it , reporting the post .
As long the User dont breaking any Rules constantly he dosnt get banned for this.
