I met scamer a few minute, he take 30$ and block my skype .
I have full proof to prove he is scamer .
He is : og kush420 ( username )
Skype : eruchitandahf
I buy 2 account google cloud price 30$ , I Sent he money by BTC :
But now he block my skype and do nothing.

Please guide me to report this scamer .
