Just wondering if there will be a way to revive a dead coins. Those coins that are stuck and not circulating in the network. Those coins in the lost wallet. I believe those dead coins can be considered as deduction to the total supply.  Is there  a way to get them back in the circulation?
There is no way to recover those lost Bitcoins unless someone have access to the private keys of those wallet/address and also even it is possible to recover, we can't consider those Bitcoin that are stuck in an address that doesn't have any transactions for a very long time are already lost because the owner of those Bitcoins might just holding it and waiting for the right time to cash it out, so it is very hard to say which are lost and which are just stored by the owners. You shouldn't worry about those lost Bitcoins anyway.

it is not called "dead" coins. in fact dead coins is referred to something very different. it is the altcoins that were created and stayed around for a while but now they no longer exist, meaning no more blocks are being found on their chains for example.

what you are talking about is usually referred to as "lost" coins. and it is an absurd thing to even talk about because you never know if they are lost.
