If you just have a landing page without content you will not get any organic traffic. You can only advertise.

AdWords is the best advertising network out there, you can buy as many visitors as you like by biding keywords higher than everyone else, depending on what your website niche is it can be very expensive.

Also you should do some AdWords training, it would help you optimize your campaigns and save money.

I don't know if there is free site that you want but there are lot of site that can advertise your own site. if you don't want to pay the you should start making a blog for you site or advertise in on social medias although it will eat a bit of your time but it's worth it.
