That sounds doubtful, I hate to say. You can't just move to Manhattan, show up in a suit on Wall Street, and expect to instantly become a......what is it you're trying to do exactly? Become a professional trader, broker?
Investment banks tend to recruit undergraduates from top tier universities. Internships can be a way to get your foot in the door, but these are generally only opportunities for students. The other route is to get an MBA from a respected university, get your Series 7, Series 63, etc. licenses and get in that way.
If those routes aren't possible, I'd focus on getting your foot in the door at a local brokerage firm, far from Wall Street. Get a few years of experience under your belt, build some industry contacts and references, and then make your push to the big time.
Whatever you do, this is not an overnight process. You're competing with highly qualified, educated, experienced, and often licensed professionals.
