I searched on google before I post here but I didn't get anywhere. I have some altcoins inside MEW but I want to sell them and don't want to keep them but can't find a way to do it. Could somebody please help me? Thanks
I'm glad you open this thread. I was also searching for an answer here in the forum. I have also tokens in my mew that i need to sell in the future. I will also watch on YouTube for tutorials on how to trade. I learned a lot in this topic. Thank you so much.

Did you load your coin balances inside Myetherwallet? If you do that then you could see the coins that you have then send the coins to an exchange.
you have to register in a exchange when those tokens traded,go to your wallet in the exchange and send your tokens from mew to the exchange and now you can sell them

Same as on any other exchange. The law of supply and demand.

you should have some ethereum in your MEW if you have 0 eth in your wallet then borrow some eth like 0.08 form your friend and then you can import your mew account on etherdelta if your token is listed on ED then you can trade on ED.. on ED anyone can list ERC 20 tokens so you maybe trade your tokens on ED

the Basic move that I can tell you is check it on etherdelta if it is listed there! I'm sure it's there if it's on your MEW then if you cant see their name on the list you can look at the contract address and search it on ETHERDELTA manually by replacing some token name to contract address of your coin you want to sell. 
Tutorial how to sell Altcoin a lot on yotube there you can see in detail because I also have learned from it Wink .. I combine the theory that I get from forums and exercises that I get from youtube site. (look for tutorials that can instantly buy your country currency).

if you want to exchange fast your token there. I advice to use etherdelta. almost all erc20 are listed there. you just need to log in using your private key there.
if you dont want to give your private key then use some exchange that the token listed,
Etherdelta, idex are basically dapps built on top of the ethereum blockchain that are programmed to trade. These are the closest you can get with trading on mew. You can access these smart contracts and access some options in mew.
You can send coins through MEW, there is some overload the last days with Ethereum transactions and token, but still a good place is Etherdelta in combination with Metamask(on Chrome).
The prices of Gwei are a bit volatile these days, used to be 9 Gwei and not sure if transactions go through so i'm also like told above going to check the tokens on coinmarket and see what the best options for trading are.
Other places to just check balances are Etherscan and Deltabalances.

hi friends ,, hopefully i can help you with the following steps:1. You must add your coins in MEW. click add custom token.
2. after that you have to send the coins that you will sell to the market which is where the coins can be sold. such as in ED, bittrex or others (if you do not know where your coins can be sold, try to go to coinmarkecap.com then search the coin you mean and click on the market)
3. After your tokens are already in the market you can sell them quickly or instantly .. and you can also put on the price desired by you.

EtherDelta is decentralized exchange that work directly on the Ethereum blockchain. All tokens on Ethereum blockchain (ERC20 compatible) can be traded on EtherDelta without being officially listed. The only thing that matters is that the tokens are transferable and that you know custom token contract address and decimal.
Beware of phishing sites and be sure you're on the correct address before you import your private key.
There are some videos on Youtube, which show you very detailed how to buy or sell altcoins on Myetherwallet. It is not that hard, but I wish they could change their website and make it easier for beginners.

MEW is just for storing you tokens and ETH just to clarify, is not an exchange and you cannot sell anything from there, for the rest follow what Long Distance said
MyEtherWallet is not even really a wallet because nothing is stored in it. It's just an interface to interact with the Ethereum blockchain and smart contracts. Your tokens are not stored in MyEtherWallet, they are connected to your Ethereum address.
you can sell in exchange like livecoin,etherdelta,hitbtc and others.. send from mew to website exchanger

first, you should go to this website Coinmarketcap.com to see where the market for the coins you have.
second. if not on coinmarketcap.com try checking Etherdelta
